Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

Customer Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order:

  • Before the order is processed or dispatched.

Once the order is packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Company Cancellation

EveryBuy reserves the right to cancel orders in cases such as:

  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing
  • Payment issues
  • Delivery service limitations

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.

 

EveryBuy aims to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair policies.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:

  • A product is damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect product was delivered
  • Product quality issues are reported within 24 hours of delivery

Customers must provide photo proof when requesting a refund.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be issued if:

  • Products were consumed or partially used
  • Complaint is raised after the allowed time period
  • Damage occurred due to improper storage after delivery

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
